  444001 do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:

  l. I say that I am the Promoter have applied for registration ofthe real estate project, Kalpana Siddhi
  with Maha RERA vide application dated 0lll0/2022.

  2. I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named Kalpana
  Siddhi is to be undertaken on land bearing Plot No. 10lllll2lB,, Survey No 811/172, having area
  584.00 at Umarkhed, I'aluka & Dist, Akola hereinafter referred to as the "project land".

  3. I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission ofour application dated 011106/2022
  lor registration ofthe real estate project Kalpana Siddhi there are no subsisting pending application
  submitted to Maha RERA fbr registration of real estate project(s) by whatever name called to be
  undertaken on the project land / part thereof or there is / are no real estate project(s) by whatever
  dame called. registered with Maha RERA being executed on the project land / pan thereoi
