         I, Shubham Rajkumar Tulshan duly authorized by the promoter of the proposed project do
         hereby solemnly declare, undertake and state as under:

                       ofregistration ofthe project is 3Ul212023.

                  4. That seventy pcr ccnt of the amounts realised by mc for the real estate project l'rom
                       the allottees. I'rom timc to time. shall be deposited in a separate account to be
                       maintained in a scheduled bank to cover the cost ofconstruction and the land cost and
                       shall be used only for that purpose

                  5. I hat the amounts from the separate account shall bc withdrawn in accordance with
                       Rulc 5.

                  6. That I shall get the accounts audited within six months after the end
                       of every financial year by a practicing Chartered Accountant. and shall produce a
                       statement of accounts duly certified and signed by such practicing Chartered
                       Accountant, and it shall be verificd during the audit that the amounts collected for a
                       particular project have been utilized fbr the project and the withdrawal has been in
                       compliance with the proponion to the pcrcentage ofcompletion ofthe projcct.

                  7. That I shall take all the pending approvals on time. from the competent authorities.
                  8. That I shall inform thc Authority regarding all thc changas that have occurred in the
                       inlbrmation furnished undcr sub-section (2) of section 4 of thc Act and under rule 3
                       ofthese rules. within seven days ofthe said changes occurring.

                  9. That I has furnished such othcr documcnts as have been prescribcd by the rules
                       and regulations madc undcr the Act.

                 !0. That I shall not discriminate against any allottee at thc time ofallotment ofany
                       apartmcnt. plot or building. as the case may be.
