9/5/2, 9/5/3 and 9/5/4 admeasuring 1799.66 Sq. Mtrs. situated at Village Akola, Taluka &
District Akola - 444004, has no CERSAI report as we have not obtained any loan and not
created any security charge on the said project till date of this self-declaration. The
declaration is given as per Rules and Regulations specified in the MAHARERA.
