                     ANNUAL REPORT ON STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS

SUBJECT:      Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization and withdrawal
              by Mr. NITIN HIRULKAR for the period Financial Year 2020-2021 with respect
              to RERA, Maharashtra Reg. No. P50100028253 w.e.f. 18/02/2021.



      1.   This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate
           (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real
           Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017.


      2.   We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Mr. NITIN
           HIRULKAR, during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for
           the purpose of this certificate.


      3.   We hereby confirm that We have examined the prescribed registers, books and
           documents, and the relevant records of Mr. NITIN HIRULKAR for the period ended
           and hereby certify that:
       i.      Mr. NITIN HIRULKAR have completed 100 % of the project titled NARAYANI
               RESIDENCY bearing RERA, Maharashtra Reg. No. P50100028253 located at S.
               No. 2/2, Nazul Plot No. 1/179 & S. No. 2/4 Nazul Plot No. 1/143, Village Umri-
               Umarkhed, Akola – 444005.

       ii.     Amount collected during the FY 2020-21 for this project is Rs. 32, 29,000 /-

       iii.    Amount withdrawn during the FY 2020-21 for this project is Rs. 29, 00,259.60/-

4.     We certify that the Mr. NITIN HIRULKAR has utilized the amounts collected for project
       only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account of the said
       project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion
       of the project.

This certificate is issued without prejudice to anything.
