Royal Galaxy for the period fuorn 24/09/2020 to 31,/03/2021, with respect to Project Royal
Galaxy Row Houses RERA Regn. Number P50100026461.

1.      This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act,2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development)
(Registraiion of Real Estate Proiects, Regishation of Real Estate Agents, Rates of lnterest and Disclosures
on Website) Rules, 2017.

2.     I have obtained all the necessary hlormation and explanation from the Firm, during the course of
our checking, which in my opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

3,      I hereby confirm that I have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the
relevant records Royal Galaxy for the period ended 3'l/03/202-l and hereby certify that:

i      M/S. Royal Galaxy have completed 90% of the project titled Proiect Royal Galary Row
Houses Regn. No. P50100026461 located at Plot No. A3 to A10, Survey No. lfi and. l2/3 at
Akoli Kh., Akola, t144001

ii.     Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 14480000.00 and amounts
collected till date is Rs. 14480000.00

iii.   Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 14000000,00 and amount
withdrawn till date is Rs. 14000000.00

4.       I certify that the Unique Developers has utilized the amounts collected for Project Royal Galary
Row Houses only for that proiect but we cannot comment on withdrawal from the designated bank
account of the said project are in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the
project as the promoter did not took necessary certificate for withdrawal from designated bank account of
the project.
