India. Under the leadership of NAREDCO’s President various committees have undertaken

Government of Maharashtra and various Corporations. These committees are headed by
some of the most reputed and qualified members of the Industry. To provide an in depth view
of the industry to various Govt. Authorities NAREDCO has also tied up with various industry

NAREDCO in the recent years have organised many Conclaves and Knowledge seminars
such as Vision Maharashtra – Housing for All Conclave, 'Banking & Investment Reforms:
Housing for all by 2022' Knowledge Seminars on Draft DP & DCR, GST and MahaRERA to
name a few. NAREDCO is also a part of MahaRERA Conciliation Forum and few members of
Managing committee are conciliators in conciliation forum.



NAREDCO was formed under the aegis of Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation,
Govt of India in the year 1998 by the then Minister of Housing & Urban A airs, Hon’ble
Shri. Ram Jethmalani ji. Our Key Members Mr. Sushil Ansal, Mr. K. P. Singh, Mr. Niranjan
Hiranandani, National Housing Bank, HUDCO, DDA, HDFC have founded NAREDCO jointly
with a mandate to work on various real estate issues and development of the industry. Shri
Hardeep Singh Puri, Hon’ble Minister of State (I/c), Ministry of Housing and Urban A airs,
GOI is its Chief Patron. NAREDCO is working diligently towards the dream of Hon’ble Prime
Minister Shri. Narendra Modi ji, to have “Housing for All by 2022” and “Ease of Doing
Business” with active contribution in various policy formation and reforms.
