                    Sub: - 5 Reminder to issue Commencement Certificate andcopy of sanction plan
            Respected Madam,
                  Initially sanctioned building plan and Commencement Certificate was issued on
            27/05/2019 in case no. 14-659/18-19. In same case an application with copies of plan for
            revision plan was submitted on 01-03-2021. As the plan got deem permission. For declaration
            of Deem permission and to issue Commencement certificate and copies of sanction plan a civil
             suit was filed in civil court with No. RCS 358/2021( Copy Enclosed). In that civil suit after
             hearing both the parties Civil Court has passed final order on 19/11/2022 confirming the
             deem permission and giving directions to Akola Municipal Corporation to issue copies of
             sanction plan and also Commencement Certificate in view of clause 2.6.2 of UPDCR.
                  Ihad already requested to Honorable Authority and Town Planner to issue
             Commencement Certificate and Copyof sanction plan more than 5times (all Copies Enclose)
                    First request letter on date 24-11-2022,
                    First Reminder on 27-12-2022,
                    Second Reminder letter on 20-01-2023
                    Third Reminder letter on 02-03-2023
                    Fourth Reminder letter on 19-04-2023
                     Ihad also visited multiple times to Corporation office and requested to authorities
             but no result. Please do needful in the matter and issue the Commencement letter and
            Sanction copy as soon as possible. As the project is RERA registered project and there are
            many bindings of MAHARERA and as I had to give all update of our project on monthly and
            quarterty basis to RERA We had uploaded Copy of Revise application dated 01-03-2021,
            Court order and all request application to AMCon Rera Website/Login.
                   We again request to issue sanction copy and Commencement certificate as soon as
