               I hereby certify that the part construction and part development work of the
Residential Complex " ROAYL THE GREEN PARK"on Layout Plot No. 69, Survey No. 28/1,
Mauje : Malkapur , Nityanand Nagar, Behind Sarswati Vidyala, Gorakshan Road, Akola has
been supervised by me and is Completed on 15.07.2021 without any departures of substantial
nature according to the revised plans sanctioned , vide your office communication no.
14/406/18-19 Dtd. 03.01.2020. The work has been completed as per sanctioned plan. No
Provisions of the Act orthe building Regulations, no requisitions made, condition prescribed or
order issued thereunder have been transgressed except a few changes made with in the
internal layout of residential units, which do not violate FSI or other regulations, in the course
ofthe work I am enclosing herewith three copies of completion plans. The building is fit for
occupancy for which it has been constructed

        I have to request you to arrange for the inspection & grant permission for the part
occupation of the building
