1.      This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act,2076 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development)
(Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and Disclosures
on Website) Rules, 2017.


2.     I have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Firm, during the course of
our checking, which in my opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

3.      I hereby confirm that I have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the
relevant records Aarc Constructions for the period en ded,3'l /03/ 2021, and hereby certify that:

i M/S. Aarc Constructions have completed 75y. of the project titled Project Royal The Green Park Regn.
No. P50100024586 located at Plot No.69, field survey No.28/t Taluka Akola, Village Akota (M Corp)

ii. Amount collected during the year for this proiect is Rs. 9549000 and amounts collected till date is Rs.
9549000.

iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 9549000 and amount withdrawn till date is
Rs.9459000.

4.       I certify that the Aarc Constructions has utilized the amounts collected for Project Royal The
Green Park only for that project but we cannot comment on withdrawal from the designated banJ<
account of the said project are in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the
Proiect as the promoter did not took necessary certificate for withdrawal from designated bank account of
the project
