               Manoj Dilip Sakarkar HUF for the period from 01/0412020 to 31103/2021 with
               respect to MahaRERA Regn. Number P50100023804.



          1. This certifrcate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate
               (Regulation and Development) Act,20l6 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate
               (Regulation and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of
               Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules,2017.

          2. We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Proprietorship
              concem, during the course of our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the
              purpose of this certificate.

          3. We hereby confirm that We have examined the prescribed registers, books and
               documents, and the relevant records of Mr.Manoj Dilip Sakarkar for the period ended
               31st March 2021 andhereby certifr that;


               a. Mr. Manoj Dilip Sakarkar have completed 95 o/o of the project titled VRUSHANK
                   PARK MahaRERA Regn. No. P50100023804 located at Vrutshank Fark, Diwekar
                   Chowk, Jatharpeth, Akola- 444006.

              b. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 2,55,84,700/- and amounts
                   collected till date is Rs. 4,74,70,0001-.

              c. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 2,68,04,5451- arrd
                   amount withdrawn till date is Rs.4,68,08,4541-.

         4. We certify that the Mr.Manoj Dilip Sakarkar HUF has utilized the amounts collected
              for VRUSHANK PARK project only for that project and the withdrawal
       designated bank account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the
       proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
