    of Construction Work of the Maharaja Dhiraj, situated on the plot bearing C. N. No/ CTS No. Survey no.
    37/3, Plot no 2 and 3, of Jyoti Nagar, Kela Layout, Akola, admeasuring 600.00 Sq. Mts. Area being
    developed by Santosh Ghanshyam Mohta.

2. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter: ‐

        (i)      Shri Rajesh Kailash Sharma as L. S. / Architect;

        (ii)     Shri P R Pathrikar as Structural Consultant

        (iii)     Shri Bhagwat Kusumbe and Salman Sheikh as MEP Consultant

        (iv)      Shri Anand Wankhede as Site Supervisor

3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and to the best
my/our knowledge I hereby certify that Maharaja Dhiraj Building has been completed in all aspects and is
fit for occupancy for which it has been erected / constructed and enlarged.
