iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 78697407.38 and amount
withdrawn till date is Rs. 31566185.12.

4.     'I certify that the Kishore M Agrawal has utilized the arnounts collected for (ialaxy
Appartment only for that project but we cannot comment on withdrawal from the desig-nated
bank account of the said project are in accordance with the proportion to the pe-.lcentage of
completion of the project as the promoter did not took necessary celtificate fol withcJrawal from
designated bank account of the project and also the promoter has not deposited every amount
collected from customers in the designated bank account.
