                           Declaration-Cum-Undertaking

I, MR. BHAGWAN WAMAN BARDE, Adult, Indian habitant, the partner of MAULI GROUP,
having our office at Plot No. 9, Amrut Nagar, Jalamb Road, Khamgaon, District Buldhana –
444303, do hereby on solemnly affirmation state, declare & undertake as under:

1) I say & declare that I being the Partner & authorized signatory of MAULI GROUP, have
   applied on behalf of promoter, i.e. the said legal entity, MAULI GROUP for registration of
   the real estate project, MAULI TOWER with MahaRERA vide application dated
   07/08/2024.

2) I say & declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named
   MAULI TOWER is to be undertaken on land bearing Nazul Sheet No. 22A / Plot No.
   7,8,9/1A lying and being at Khamgaon Village, Khamgaon Taluka, Buldhana District
   admeasuring 1713.84 Sq. Mtrs. hereinafter referred to as the “project land”

3) I say, declare & undertake that as on date of submission of our application dated
   07/08/2024 for registration of the real estate project MAULI TOWER, there is/ are no
   subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of the real estate
   project by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land/part thereof or
   there is/ are no real estate project by whatever name called, registered with MahaRERA
   being executed on the project land / part thereof.

4) I solemnly state, declare & undertake that the contents of this Declaration-Cum-
   Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, as well as the promoter MAULI
   GROUP of the real estate project MAULI TOWER.
