Khamgaon, District Buldhana - 444303, do hereby state and declare on solemnly affirmation
that the project named MAULI TOWER at Plot No. 7,8,9/1A, Nazul Sheet No. 22A, Mauje
Khamgaon, admeasuring 1713.84 Sq. Mtrs. situated at Village Khamgaon Taluka Khamgaon
District Buldhana - 444303, that there is no CERSAI report as we have not obtained any loan
and not created any security charge on the said project till date of this self-declaration. The
declaration is given as per Rules and Regulations specified in the MAHARERA.
