                           Declaration - Cum - Undertaking

l, Suvarna Shrikant Deshmukh, adult, lndian inhabitant, partner of Padmaraj Structures,
having office at Shani Galli, Karajna Chowk Buldana Tq Dist Buldana, do hereby on solemn
affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:

 1". I say and declare that l, being the partner of Padmaraj Structures, have applied on
    behalf of promoter, ie the said firm Padmaraj Structures for registration of the real
    estate project, Raksha Residency with MahaRERA vide application dated 06|03/2024.

 2. I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named
    Raksha Residency is to be undertaken on land bearing Plot No.8 C.T.S. No. 4U3,
    Mouza - Buldana, admeasuring 1540.49 sq. mtrs hereinafter referred to as the project
    land.



 3. I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our application dated
    06/O3/2024 for registration of the real estate project, Raksha Residency, there is no
    subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate
    project (s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land / part thereof
    or there is / are no real estate project(s) by whatever name called, registered with
    MahaRERA being executed on the project land / part thereof.

 4. I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Decla ration-Cu m-
    Undertaking are true, correct and binging upon me, as well as the promoter Mr,
    Sandesh Choridya and Mr. Parag Saraf ofthe real estate project Raksha Residency.
