Jalgaon Jamod, District - Buldhana - 443402".

Due to a typographical error, the unit counts mentioned in the Carpet area table in Approved Plan
dated 25/07/2024 do not match with the individual floor plans. The carpet area table incorrectly lists
the total number of units as 16 instead of 32 The purpose of this declaration is to clarify the total
number of units in the project.

The Final Unit Count for above-mentioned project is as follows:
