    Plot No 12, Sheet No - 5, Situated at Khel Amanat Sevakdas Nagar, Taluka -
    Jalgaon Jamod, District - Buldhana - 443402. admeasuring 450 Sq. Mtrs hereinafter
    referred to as the "project land".
