      1. We Shashank Deshpande have undertaken assignment certifying Estimates
         for Ganadhish Heights having MahaRERA Registration
         Number_ _ _Only Applicable after project Registration, being Developed
         by Shri. Sachin Gajanan Tidole and others.



      2. The project is still ongoing. We have estimated the cost of the completion of
         the civil, MEP and alli~ yvorks, of the building(s) of the project. Our estimated
         cost calculations are· J~~~fun:_~ e cf.;,~,tlstplans made available to us for
         the project under reference by tfrj ·,Erq9]' · , Developer and Consultants and
         the Schedule of items and quantity for the · .tire work as calculated by
         Quantity Surveyor appointed by the Promoter, and the fair assumption of the
         cost of material, labor and other inputs made by developer, and the site
         inspection carried out by us.

      3. We estimate the Total estimated Cost of completion of the aforesaid Project
         under reference at Rs. 3,25.00,000=00. (Total of Table A and B) at the time of
         Registration. The estimated Total Cost of project is with reference to the Civil,
         MEP and Allred works required for completion of the apartment and
         proportionate completion of internal & external work as per specification
         mentioned in agreement of sale and for the purpose of obtaining occupation
         certificate/ completion certificate for the building(s) / Wing(s) r Layout/
         Plotted Development From the Nagar Parishad Khamgaon being the Planning
         Aut ri, under who' · risdiction the aforesaid project is being implemented.

       4. The Estimated Cost Incurred till date Is calculated at R1,82,74,535=00(Total
          of table A and B) the amount of Estimated cost Incurred Is calculated on the
          basis of input materials / services used and unit cost of these items

       5. The Balance of Completion of the Civil. MEP and Allied work the apartment
          and Proportionate completion of internal & external work, as per
          specifications mentioned in agreement of sale. The project is estimated at
          Ra,2,62,26,466•00 (Total of Table A and B).

       6. I Certify that the Cost of the Civil MEP and Allied work the apartment and
          Proportionate internal & external work, as per specifications mentioned in
          agreement of sale, of the aforesaid Project as completed on the date of this
          certificate is as given in table A and B below.
