Vijaykumar Agrawal, in good and sound condition and as per the Sale Deed of Flat of the said

        I further make clear that I fully accept the said flat with physical possession thereof,
without any grievance or grudge whatsoever as it is as per the norms, terms and conditions
stated in the said sale deed.
