               Anand Tower for the period from April 01, 2017 to March 31. 2018 with respect to
                Maha RERA Reen. Number P50000010009.

1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
      Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
      Development) (Registration of Real Estate Project, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates
      of Interest and Disclosures on Website ) Rules, 2OL7.

2. l/We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the
      course of our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

3. l/We hereby confirrn that l/We have examined the prescribed registers, books and
      documents, and the relevant records of Anand Tower for the period ended Mar 31, 2018 and
      hereby certify that:

      i.     M/s. Anand Builders and Developers have completed 65% of the project titled Anand
             Tower, Maha RERA Regn. No P50000010000located at Buldhana.
      ii.    Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 58,78,000 and amounts
             collected till date is Rs. 67,78,000.
      iii.   Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 78,1,4,034 and amount
             withdrawn till date is Rs. 1,03,79,9L2.
4. l/We certify that the Anand Tower has utilized the amounts collected for_project only for
      that project and the withdrawalfrom the designated bank account (s) of the said project has
      been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
