rights/ownership rights in respect of all that pieces or parcel of freehold land as mentioned
below. We further certify that we don’t have any type of litigation with any third party in
any court of law and this project is free from legal encumbrances.

D-5, D Block, Jalgaon, 425003 bearing (hereinafter referred to as the “land”) and that the
