PROMOTER'S SELF UNDERTAKING REGARDING NON - CREATION
                        OF SECURITY INTEREST

I, Pravin Bhokare, designated partner of Shree Swami Samarth
Traders Builders and Developers, having office at Plot no 19,
Bhadgaon Road, Near Purnapatre Lawns, Chalisgaon (MH) 424
101 and I do hereby declare that our partnership firm developing
a Project Named KRUSHNA HEIGHTS On the landed property
forming Plot no. 19, S.no. 389/2A/2/1, 387/2,387/4, behind Punshi
Petrol Pump, Dhule road, Chalisgaon - 424 101.
        As required by Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory
Authority regarding report from CERSAI, we herby undertake
that, on our Project Named KRUSHNA HEIGHTS on the landed
property forming Plot no. 19, S.no. 389/2A/2/1, 387/2,387/4, behind
Punshi Petrol Pump, Dhule road, Chalisgaon - 424101. We have;

a. No security interest has been created in the project
 b. As and when there are any changes, we shall 'submit updated
 CERSAI Reports on Security Interestscreated
 C. The   CERSAI reports submitted should be generated within 10
  days from the date of submission.

 We further undertaken that we will immediately inform and comply
 with the necessary formalities under CERSAI and MAHARERA
 whenever any Security Interest is created on said project.
 Hence this undertaking.
