Pachora, Jalgaon - 424201 Promoter of the proposed project Krushnaji
Arcade, duly authorized by the promoter.

We, Shreyash Realties, promoter of the proposed project do hereby solemnly
declare, undertake and state as under;
1. That the promoter has the development rights of the land bearing address
Pachora Tal Pachora Dist Jalgaon admeasuring 3052.50 Sq. Mtrs. Situated
at S. No 84/2 + 84/3, on which the development of the project is to be
carried out and the promoter have avail right to develop the said property.



2. That the project and land has no security interest created on it.
