      DECLARATION CUM UNDERTAKING ABOUT PROHIBITION OF MULTIPLE
                      REGISTRATIONS ON SAME LAND
                (Read Order no. 50/2024 Dated- 10/01/2024)


I, Sumeet Prakashchand Mutha, an adult and Indian inhabitant, the Proprietor
having my registered office at 20/1, Opposite Lalit Kala Bhavan, Ring Road, Jalgaon
– 425001, do hereby solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:

1. I say & declare that I, as promoter have applied for registration of my real estate
   project, Antariksh with MAHARERA vide application dated 08/02/2024
   (Application No. REA49900153172).

2. I say and declare that the application for registration of real estate project named
   Antariksh is to be undertaken Plot No. 6+7+8+17+18, Survey No. 385, Mehrun
   Shivar, lying and being at Jalgaon, Village, Taluka & district Jalgaon admeasuring
   2894.13 Sq. Mtrs. hereinafter referred to as the “project land”.

3. I say, declare and undertake that as on date of submission of my application
   dated 08/02/2024, for registration of the real estate project, Antariksh, there is
   subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real
   estate project by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land/
   part thereof or there is no real estate project by whatever name called,
   registered with MahaRERA being executed on the project land / part thereof.

4. I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this declaration-
   cum-Undertaking true, correct and binding upon me, the promoter of the real
   estate project, Antariksh.
