1. I (Shreyas Shah) have undertaken the assignment of certifying the Estimated Cost for "Sukruti Suratna"
at Gat No. 339/2/1, Near Sukruti DreamlHomes apartment, Behind Vatika Asharam, Pimprala Shivar,
- LLP.
Jalgaon-425001 having MahaRERA Registration P49900052357 bcing developed by Suratna Infra
2. We have estimated the cost of Civil, MEP and allied works required for the completion of the
as per
apartments and proportionate completion of internal & external works of the project
cost calculations are based on the
specifications mentioned in the agreement of sale. Our estimatcd
drawings/plans made available to us for the projcet under reference by the Developcr / Consultants
as Calculated by M/S
till date. The Schedule of items and quantity required for the entire work

material, labor, and other inputs made by the developer, and the site inspection carried out by
ascertain/confirm the above analysis given to us. -
We estimate the Total Estimated Cost of completion of the aforesaid project under reference is
Rs 20,00,00,000/- (Rs. Twenty Crore only) (Total of Table and A B) at the time of registration.
The estimated Total Cost of the project is with reference to the Civil, MEP, and Allied works
& external
required for the completion of the apartments and proportionate completion of internal
works, as per in
specifications mentioned the agreement of sale and for the purpose of obtaining
occupation certificate/ conpletion certificate for the Building from the Municipal Corporation of
Jalgaon being the Planning Authority under whose jurisdiction the aforesaid project is being
implemented.
4 The Estimated Cost Incurred to date is calculated at Rs 11,50,00,000/- (Total of Table A and B)
The amount of Estimated Cost Incurred is calculated on the basis of input materials /services used
and unit cost of these ites.
The Balance Cost of Completion of the Civil, MEP. and Allicd works for completion of the
apartuments and proportionate completion of intemal & extermal works, as per specifications
mentioned in the agrecment of sale. of The Project is estimated at Rs 11,00,00,000/- (Rs. Eleven
Crore only) (Total of Table A and B).
6. l certify that the Cost of the Civil, MEP, and allied work tier the apartments and proportionate
internal & external works, as per specifications mentioned in the agreement of sale, of the aforesaid
Project as completed on the date of this certificate is as given in Table A andB below:
