          CHHABILDAS SHAH, Age 52 years, Occupation: Business, Resident of Cream Centre, Opp Shama
          Complex, Jalgaon, Tai. & Dist. Jalgaon-42500 I has completed the Construction Work of SUKRUTI
          CENTRUM having MahaRERA Registration Number P49900045542

           We have registered a deed of declaration having Document bearing no. 2065/2022, dated 19/07/2022
          registered in the office Joint Sub-Registrar Class-2, Jalgaon-3, under Maharashtra Apartment
          Ownership Act (1970).

          Now as per the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act (I 970) and the Deed of Declaration made and
          registered in accordance with the said act, We have for the purposes of Maintenance of Common
          Amenities of the Project and the general upkeep of the said project in accordance to the by-laws of the
          above mentioned Deed of Declaration(s) have already created an association of flat owners named -

           'Sukruti Centrum Flat Owners Association'.
