    I, Ashish Rameshchandra Birla, Partner and authorised representative
    ofJB Associates, having it's Registered Office at Plot No.7, Shahu Nagå¯
    Datta Colony, Jalgaon-425001, Proomoter and land owner of the pr        ose
    project having its proposed name as Sai Dham, do hereby solemnly ecl

                         •      That I Ashish Rameshchandra Birla, Partner and

                         representative ofJB Associates, being promoter has a legal title
                         the land on which the development of the project is proposed.
                                JB Associates being owner of the plot have a legal title to the land on
                         which the development of the proposed project it to be carried out. And
                         legally valid authentication of title of such land along with an authenti-
                     cated copy of the agreement between such owner and promoter for devel-
                     opment of the real estate project is enclosed herewith.
                     .         That the project land is free from all encumbrances.
                              That the project shall be completed by me in the stipulated time i.e.3 1/•-
              31/08/2026 as mentioned in the registration of project;
                4.           - That seventy percent of the amounts realized by me as promoter to-
                  wards my share of construction for the real estate project from the allottees,
                  from time to time, shall be depositedin a separate account to be maifi-
                 tained in a scheduled bank to cover the cost of construction and shall be
                 used only for that purpose only.
                             That the amounts from the separate accout shall be withdrawn in
                accordance with Rule 5.
                             That we shall get the accounts audited within six months after the
                end of every financial year by a practicing Chaffered Accountant, and shall
               procedure a statement of accouts duly certified and signed by such practic-
               ing Chartered Accountant and it shall be verified during the audit that the
               amounts collected for a particular project have been utilized for the project
               and the withdrawal has been in compliance with thé proportion to the per-
                             of completion of the project.

             g.   That we shall inform the Authority regarding all the changesthat
           have occured in the information furnished under sub-section (2) of section
           4 of the Act and under rule 3 of these rules, within seven days of the said
           changes occurring.

           by the rules and regulations made under the Act.
           ) O • That I shall not discriminate against any allottee at the time of allot-
           ment of any appartment, plot or building as the case may be.
