Legal Opinion A. Thave verified the Index - II record for the last 13 years and 7/12 extracts, Sale deed, Municipal Records and other related documents for the above plot property. B. I came to the conclusion that the property No.26 out of Survey No.386/1A, Plot Admeasuring- 388.50 sq.mtr. is clear marketable and free from all encumbrances. C. If this property is mortgaged for Housing Loan then it will create a valid mortgage. D. This property is not under any Government Acquisition, Urban Land Ceiling Act 1976 and Maharashtra Act XIV is not applicable to the above plot property.
