“SHOBHARAM HEIGHTS” situated at Gat No.10/2, Plot No. 14+15, Pimprala Shivar,
Tal.Dist Jalgaon-425001 for the total consideration of Rs ……………..…………. (Rupees

Project is registered as per the provisions of RERA with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority

      1. It is understood and agreed by you that the total consideration mentioned hereinabove
         excludes tax. Therefore, you will be liable to pay the tax liability under GST Act and
         other allied acts as applicable by various authorities till the time of possession has been
         handed over to you, as and when informed and demanded by us.
      2. The allotment, agreement, payment, interest on termination and all other incidental
         issues shall be governed by the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act.
         (Hereinafter referred to as the Act).
      3. You shall execute and admit the agreement for sale as and when called upon by us.
      4. You shall make timely payment of instalments of total consideration as will be
         enumerated in the agreement for sale.
      5. If you make any delay in instalments, we shall be entitled to reserve a right to claim
         interest as provided for in the Act.

   6. If you fail to make payment of the total consideration, we have right to interest or
       termination of agreement/allotment as provided in the Act.
   7. The allotment is strictly person specific. You shall not transfer the right, title or interest
       under this allotment.
   8. If you are willing to take loans from financial institutions, our project is approved by
       ___________ bank. If you are willing to take loan from any other financial institution,
       copy of master file of the project will made available to you as and when demanded by
       you.


All the terms and conditions mentioned in the Allotment Letter and/or Agreement for Sale
or such other documents executed for sale of the unit shall be binding on you and
confirm that this allotment is the basis of commercial understanding of the parties.
