Increase the deadline for extension. If the extension is not extended, then the permission has been canceled. 4) The plinth of the building should not be less than 3 feet above the level of the road. Plinth height should be as per rule 5) The Commencement Certificate/ Building permit shall remain valid for a period of one year commencing from the date of its issue. 6) under this certificate is carried out or the use there of is in accordance with the sanction plans. 7) Use of built land should be done for commerce only with resident / commercial / Industrial / residential residents as per approved map 8) Material should not be given on public street or place without written permission of the municipality. If found, legal action will be taken. 9) The Construction should be completed as per commencement certificate 10) If there is any further detail about additional construction or sanctioned plan, legal proceedings will be taken in accordance with the provision of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act 1966 and Maharashtra Act 1965. 11) If any of the construction is not done without prior permission, the permission will be deemed to have been canceled. 12) As per the plan approved by the plant till completion and should be done as per the given conditions 13) It is mandatory to provide Rainwater Harvesting and plant two trees inside your plot. 14) The construction carried out by owner shall be according to the sanctioned plans. 15) The place where the building plan has been sanctioned. Do not make cattle siege in it. 16) Material should not be stacked on public street or place without written permission of planning authority. If it is found legal action will be taken. 17) Due to this construction, in the development plan of the municipality, if any public work is obstructed, the construction will be removed from your expense. There will be no compensation for this. 18) The Construction should be completed as per commencement certificate 19) The construction carried out by me does conform to the sanctioned plans. 20) No new building can be used or consumed without the use permission. If executed without permission, legal proceedings may be taken in accordance with section 193 (3) of the Maharashtra City Council, Nagar Panchayat and Industrial Urban Act 1965. 21) You cannot build on land that you do not own. 22) Each room of the house should be at least 2.75 m. high from the ground floor to the ceiling canal. 23) As per the Directive No. TPV-4308/4102 / No. 359/08 / Nov-11 dated 19/11/2008 from the Govt. If this document is found to be misleading in the future, it will be deemed to be revoked. 27) The applicant shall be obliged to arrange for earthquake prevention. 28) The owner must ensure the rules of social distancing.sheuld be followed at the construction site as decided by central government ,state government and concerned local authorities otherwise owner of site will be responsible for any legal action taken by concerned government authorities. 29) There should be minimum no of workers to be employed on construction site or as directed by government authorities. 30) Owner of construction site must ensure that each workers should wear Mask,HandGloves and use sanitizer or hand wash time to time and must follow social distancing rules. 31) The owner must ensure that maximum construction material should be collected locally. 32) If in future proposed construction site area comes under Containment Zone the owner must stop construction work immediately and rules and regulation should be followed by owner of proposed construction site Which are declared by concerned authority time to time. 33) Owner of construction site should be all ordered, guidelines ,rule as decided by central government ,state government and concerned local authority time to time.
