withdrawal by Raka Constructions for the period from 01st April 2019 to 31 st
March 2020 with respect to Maha RERA Regn. Number: P49900023842.

   1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate
      (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
   2. We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the firm,
      during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose
      of this certificate.
   3. We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
      documents, and the relevant records of RAKA CONSTRUCTION for the period
      ended 31st March 2020 and hereby certify that:
      a. M/s. (RAKA CONSTRUCTION ) have completed 20 % of the project              titled
          “SHAKUN ESTATES” MahaRERA Regn. No. P49900023842 located at
          196/2B/ATO7, BHUSAWAL PIN- 425208.
      b. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 37,21,530/- and
          amounts collected till date i.e. 31st March 2020 is Rs. 37,21,530/.
      c. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 0/- and amount
          withdrawn till date i.e. 31st March 2020 is Rs. 0/.

We certify that the MR RAJESH RAKA (RAKA CONSTRUCTION) has utilized the amounts
collected only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of
the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of
completion of the project.
