       2830-2019 date 27/09/2019 registeredin the offce joint sub reglster class-2 Jalgaon-1 under
       Maharashtra Apartment ownership act 1970


       Now as per section 4of Maharashtra Apartment ownership act 1970 common areas which
       Include land and apartment together with lts undivided interest in the common areas (including
       and) are hertable and transfered immovableproperty and are transfemred along with each
       apartment/fat each conveyance deed/Saledeed.the land holding with respect to every unit
       (apartment/shop) are already mentioned in the deed registered for the said project.



       In light of the provisions made In all above sald document it is not possible/required to corvey
       land explicable to the socioty/Association as it is being transfered directy to each unit buyer
       (apartmemts/shops) as undivided interest in common areas percentage of total land specified

       mentioned in allthe sale toagreement anddorconveyancedeed madefor eachunit buyer
       Apartment/shop). such coveyance deed have already been executed and registered and are
       being exected registered as per sales and/or receipt of payment from unit holder.
