      2830-2019 data 27/09/2019 registered in the office joint sub-registrar class-2 Jalgaon-1 and
      under Maharashtra Apartment ownership act (1970).



      Now as per Maharashtra Apartment owmership act 1970 and the deed of deciaration made and
      registeredin accordance with the sald act, we have the purpose of maintenanceof common
      amenites of the projaect in accordance to the by-laws of above mentioned deed of deciaration
      have created an association of flat owner named "KALPATARU fiat owner association



      Ameeting for same was held on 12/08/2021 post bearer along with a resolution to open an
      account for the common maintenance of socety was passed by the present collective group of
      flat owner we have attached the copy of resolution below for your reference.
