of construction work of 'KALPATARU' building situated on plot no. bearing 27,28,29 Gut no. 74 of
Nimkhedi Shivar Jalgaon of dvision Nashlk vllage Nimkhedi taluka Jalgaon district Jalgaon Pin
425001 addmeasuring 1393.50sq.mtr. As per 7/12 abstract 1007.00 sq.mtr. As per site area
being developed by Mr. Sagar Pandit Tade.
          2) Following technical professionals are appointed by owner/promoter.

I. M/s. Er. Anand mukund Licensed engineer.
Il. M/s Er. Anand Mukund as structural consultant.
l. M/s Ganesh Patil as MEP Consultant
V. M/s Ganesh Patil as Site supervisor.
          (3) Based on completion certificate received from structural engineer and site supervisor
and best of my knowledge Ihear by certiny that KALPATARU' building has been completed in al
aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been constructed. KALPATARU' Building has
also issued completion certificate from Jalgaon Muncipal Corporation which covers the complete
project as whole the project has been granted completion certificate inward number 543/cc datee
18/01/2021 Jalgaon Muncipal Corporation.
