                                                                              provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation
                         and Development)

                                                                                         explanation from the Company,
                         during the course of our audit, which in my/our    opinion are necessary for the purpose of this
                         certificate.
         3.              1/We hereby confirm that I/We have examined the prescribed

                         documents, and the relevant records of M/s. Soham Developers for the

                .             Amount collected      during the      year for this     project is Rs. 2,28,79,000.00/-_and
                              amounts collected till date is
                                                               Rs. 3,06,10,905.00/
               ii.            Amount withdrawn during the year for this
                                                                               project is Rs. 1,82,22,670.00 and amount
                              withdrawn till date is Rs. 2,58,74,575.00/-
           4. 1/We certify that the M./s. Soham
                                                     Developers has utilized the amounts collected for Megh
               Malhar Phase-2 only for that project and the withdrawal from the
               of the said project has been in accordance with the
                                                                                   designated bank account(s)
                                                                   proportion to the percentage of completion
