         NO. 31, Village- Kandari, Tal- Bhusawal, Dist-Jalgaon is free from all kinds of
         encumbrances and we have a clear title for this Property.
   2. Further, as and when there are any changes, we shall submit updated CERSAI
         Reports on security interests created on proposed real estate project “MEGH
         MALHAR PHASE 2”.
