 Occupation: Business, Resident of Jalgaon, Tai. & Dist. Jalgaon-42500I has Registered Deed of
 Declaration having Document bearing no. 3384, dated 06.11.18 followed by Rectification Registered
 Deed Document bearing no. 1913, dated 16.04.2019 followed by Rectification Registered Deed
 Document bearing no. 1661, dated 07.05.2021 registered in the office Joint Sub-Registrar Class-3,
 Jalgaon-, under Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act (1970).

 Now as per Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act (1970) Common Areas which includes land as per
 section 4 of this act, an Apartinent toge ther with its undivided interest in the common areas (including
 land) are heritable and transferred im mo vable property and are transferred all along with each
 Apartment/Shop/Residential Store through each Conveyance Deed/ Sale deed. The land holding with
 respect to every unit (Apartment/Shop/Residential Store) are all ready mentioned in the deed of
 declaration along with its any/if any su bse quent amendments deed registered for the said project.

 In light of the provisions made in all th e above s~ id documents it is not possible/required to convey land
 separately to the society/associat ion J S it is bei ng transferred directly to each unit buyer
  (Apartment/Shop/Residential Store) as undivided interest in common area percentage of the total lal)d
  specifically mentioned in all the sale to ag ree men ts and/or conveyance deed made for each unit buyer
