          (ii) Shri Yuraj Bhavsar . as Structural Consultant

         3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and to the
         best of my/ our knowledge I hereby certify that One Building/ 1 Wing of the Building has been
         completed in all aspects in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been erected

         The One Building/ 1 Wing of the Building is granted Occupancy Certificate/ Completion Certificate
         bearing number M.C./PWD/2/409 dated 07/02/2020 by Muncipal Council Chalisgaon (Local Planning
         Authority)
