The supervision of licensed Architect/ Engineer /Mr.Kiran Deshmukh chalisgaon is permitted to be occupied
on the following grounds.

1) Construction is completed on DT 02/01/2020 as per given report by Arch /Eng./supervisor

Mr.Kiran Deshmukh dated on 02/01/2020.

2) Any extension of construction without permission is not allowed, if so that is your responsibility of owner.

3) The occupancy is given as per Construction of Work COMPLETED For Residential Purpose.

4) Construction is not allowed in marginal space or open space. If so the municipal council has right to reserve the
power for cancellation of occupancy.                                      •        •

5) The occupancy is giv~n as per document submitted by Owner/Architect/Engineer. If any query arises or falsity of
document is observed/ that is your responsibility.                                                        · ·

6) If any over construction is found after issue occupancy certificate. The municipal council has reserved the power of
cancellation of occupancy as per provision of MRTP act 1966 (51).

7) It is Compulsory to install firefighting arrangements /equipment's
