       (1) I Mr. Bharat S. Lohar have undertaken assignment as architect of certifying
completion of construction work of VRUNDAVAN' building situated on plot bearing Gut no.
121/A/2 pot no.39 To 47 of Nimkthedi Shivar Jalgaon of division Nashik village Nimkhedi taluka
Jalgaon district Jalgaon Pin 425001 addmeasuring 1323.00 Sqm area being developed by Mr.
Sagar Pandit Tade .

              (2) Following technical professionals are appointed by owner/promoter.

M/s Bharat S.Lohar as Ls/architect
.      M/s Sagar V. Bhavsar as structural consultant.
II. M/s Bharat S. Lohar as MEP Consultant.
V. Ms Ganesh Patil as Site supervisor.

              3) Based on completion certificate received from structural engineer and site supervisor
and best of my knowedge I hear by certify that VRUNDAVAN building has been completed in all
aspects and is fit for Occupancy for which it has been constructed. VRUNDAVAN Building has
also issued completion certificate from Jalgaon Muncipal Corporation which covers the complete
projectas whole the project has been granted completion certificate bearing number 060 date
06/02/2019 Jalgaon Muncipal Corporation.
