    a.   We conducted our examination of the Statement in accordance with the Guidance
         Note on Reports or Certificates for Special Purposes issued by the Institute of
         Chartered Accountants of India. The Guidance Note requires that we comply with the
         ethical requirements of the Code of Ethics issued by the Institute of Chartered
         Accountants of India.

    b.   The certificate deals with the accounts of main promoter of the project upto the date
         of completion of the project. The project is explained to have been completed on
         28.08.2017 and the same has also been verified from the completion certificate issued
         by municipal authorities.

    c.   The promoter is not subject to audit under any of the extant laws in India and hence
         the details have been verified from the unaudited data and other records provided for
