     ,village MEHRUN ,Taluka JALGAON ,District JALGAON ,PIN 425002 admeasuring 3800
     sq.rots. area being developed by KMP BUILDERS,JALGAON.
           1. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner/ Promoter:-
              (i)    Shri. PRAKASH MGUJRATHI as Architect;
               (ii)     M/s. AV CONSULTANTS as Structural Consultant
               (iii)    M/s /Shri / Smt               as MEP Consultant
               (iv)   Shri. ASIF ZAHIR KHAN as Site Supervisor
             2.      Based on completion certificate received from structural engineer & site
             super visor and to best of my knowledge I hereby certify that EXOTICA building A,B
            & Cwings (all floors) of the building has been completed in all aspects and is fit for
            occupancy for which building has been constructed & enlarged. The EXOTICA
            building up to Ground + five floors of A, B & Cwing is granted partly occupancy
            certificate. Sixth & seventh floor plan has been put up for completion certificate
            acknowledgement recei t No. 5832 dated 8-12-2020 to Jalgaon City Municipal
            Corporation, Jalga .
