      1. With reference to your Provisional Allotment of the said flat and upon you handing over

         on ………………………………………………… Bank towards the initial deposit amount we
         acknowledge the receipt of the same.
      2. It is agreed and understood that the allotment of the said flat is only provisional.
      3. The total consideration for the flat is ………………………………………………, You hereby confirm
         that you will make the payment accordingly in time as per the payment schedule
         mentioned in the agreement for sale to be registered.
      4. You have agreed and confirmed that you shall not create any third party right on the
         said flat nor the submission of this letter create any you/your rights or interest in any
         way on the above mentioned unit.
      5. You have agreed and confirmed that the total charges of stamp duty and registration
         shall bore by you for registering the agreement for sale.
      6. This transaction for sale of the above mentioned flat is liable under the Value Added Tax
         (VAT) and Service Tax or GST as per the existing regulations. The VAT and Service Tax or
         GST or any other Tax that is liable to be paid or may become liable to be paid or may
         become liable to be paid in future under any statute Central or State shall be payable by
         the purchasers.
7. You have inspected the Approved plans, specifications list of the said flat and the Title
   documents of the Land and have found them satisfactory and clear.
8. You have completely read and understood the Deed of Declaration registered for the
   entire project along with its subsequent amendments & rectification and have no
   objections to any of the clauses and accept and agree to all the clauses/ conditions
   stated in all the above mentioned documents.
9. You are requested to sign in confirmation of accepting the terms as mentioned
   hereinabove by subscribing your signature on this letter and copy of this letter.

      2.   Please provide 3 Passport size Photo of applicants, original and photocopy of
           PAN card and Aadhar Card of applicants also provide photo-id of two witness
           required for registration of agreement to sale.
      3.   Flat is not transferable till the time of possession.
