Vishram Pride Situated at Jalgaon.

1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development)
Act,2016.

2. I have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the course of my audit,
which in my opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

3. I hereby confirm that I have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the relevant records of
"V Infra Solution : Vishram Pride" for the period ended on 31.03.2018 and hereby certify that:

i. M/S. V infra Solution have completed 55% of the project titled Vishram Pride MahaRERA Regn.No. P49900006167,
Located at CTS No. 436/A1, Adarsha nagar, Jalgaon - 425001.

ii. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. NIL, amounts collected till 31/10/2018 is Rs. 25,00,000/- ( In
Words: Rs Twenty Five lakhs Only)

iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. NIL, withdrawn till 31/10/2018 is           Rs. 25,00,000/- ( In
Words: Rs Twenty Five lakhs Only)

iv. I certify, that the V Infra Solution has utilized the amounts collected for "Vishram Pride" only for that project and the
withdrawal from the designated bank account of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the
percentage of completion of the project.
