             2. As per the Development Agreement executed between promotor and landowners dated 24.11.2023
                 in favour of the promotor Chaudhari and Badgujar Associates, the promotor has agreed to
                 develop and allot following units in the proposed project and the details regarding the same has
                 been also mentioned in Form 3 (Table C).
