   283 to the South, 9 M Road to the East, 24 M D. P. Road to the West of village
   Pimprala Shiwar, Taluka Jalgaon, District Jalgaon, PIN 425001 admeasuring
   976.14 sq.mts. area being developed by Parakh Plexus Realty Ltd.

   Sir,

   I, Ar. Hitesh Parakh have undertaken assignment as Architect of certifying Percentage of
   Completion of Construction Work of the L1 Building of the Project, situated on the Final
   Plot No. 54+55+56+57+101+102+103/1 of G.No. 284/1+2/1+2/2+2/3+2/4+2/5+2/6 of
   village Pimprala Shiwar, Taluka Jalgaon, District Jalgaon, PIN 425001 admeasuring
   976.14 sq.mts. area being developed by Parakh Plexus Realty Ltd.

1. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-
   (i) Shri Hitesh V. Parakh as Architect ;
   (ii) M/s R. G. Birla & Associates as Structural Consultant

   Based on Site Inspection, with respect to each of the Building of the aforesaid Real
   Estate Project, I certify that as on the date of this certificate, the Percentage of Work
   done for each of the building. The percentage of the work executed with respect to
   each of the activity of the entire phase is detailed in Table B.

         other requirements as may be required to obtain
         Occupation Certificate/ Completion Certificate.
