     Taluka Jalgaon, District Jalgaon, PIN 425001 admeasuring 976.14 sq.mts. area being
     developed by Parakh Plexus Realty Ltd.

     I, Ar. Hitesh Parakh have undertaken assignment as Architect of certifying Percentage of
     Completion of Construction Work of the M1 Building of the Project, situated on the Final
     Plot No.54+55+56+57+101+102+103/1 of G.No. 284/1+2/1+2/2+2/3+2/4+2/5+2/6 of
     village Pimprala Shiwar, Taluka Jalgaon, District Jalgaon, PIN 425001 admeasuring 976.14
     sq.mts. area being developed by Parakh Plexus Realty Ltd.

 1. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-
     (i) Shri Hitesh V. Parakh as Architect ;
     (ii) M/s R. G. Birla & Associates as Structural Consultant

 2. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor;
    and to the best of my knowledge I hereby certify that M1 Building has been completed
    in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been constructed. The M1
    Building is granted Occupancy Certificate/Completion Certificate bearing number
    J.C.M.C/T.P./O.C/0126 dated 04.05.2018 by Jalgaon Municipal Corporation, Jalgaon
