District, PIN: 425107, Admeasuring 624.75 SQ MTS area being developed by Shri Pankaj
Suresh Borole,

3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor;
and to the best of my knowledge I hereby certify that Rishika Park, (One Building) / Only
One Wing of the Building has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for
which it has been constructed and enlarged.

   The “Rishika Park” Building of the Building is granted Occupancy Certificate
/Completion Certificate bearing number “Appendix F” Out W. N 1397 / 2018-2019 dated
07/08/2018 by Chopda Municipal Council.
