     We (Sagar Construction) have registered deed of declaration
     Document bearing no.1690 Dated 05.06.2017 registered in the office
                                                                       having
     joint sub registrar class- Jalgaon-1 Under MAHARASHTRA
     APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT (1970).


     Now as per Maharashtra apartment ownership act (1970) and the deed
     of Declaration made and registered in accordance with the said act,We
     have for the purpose of Maintenance of common Amenities of the
     project in accordance to the by-law of the above mentioned deed of
     Declaration have created an association of flat owners named -"PANDIT
     CORNER Flat owners Association"
     A meeting for same was held on 1st July 2018 the post bearer along with
     the resolution to open an account for the common maintenance of

     society was passed by the present collective group of flat owners. We
      have attached the copy of the resolution below for your reference.

Resolution to open an Account for common expenses Date

As per the registered deed of Declaration having Document bearing
no.1690. Dated 05.06.2017 registered in the office joint sub registrar
class-2 jalgaon-1 under MAHARASHTRA APPARENT OWNERSHIP ACT
(1970)
As per the by-law mentioned in all the above mentioned deed of
Declaration governing the above mentioned association of flat owners. A
meeting is held to finilze the opening of Account for the payment of
common expenses of the association.

As the minimum attendance required to attain the decorum was
observed the following resolution was passed & accepted by all the
attending members &will now onwards be considered as Final
*An account in the name of
                             PANDIT CORNER FLAT OWNERS
ASSOCIATION is to be opened in bank.
*The association agree that the
                                   signing authority for the operation for
the account & any other bank related work will only
                                                       happen when there is
a joint signature of President,
                                secretary & the Treasure on each      paper/
cheque
The President elected for the first term is Mr. Bhatesh
                                                           Patil.
The secretary elected for the first term is Mr.
                                                  Sujit Devore.
The Treasure elected for the first term is Mr.
                                                  Sandeep Nirkhe.
Thus all the above mentioned members of the
                                               association to whom
such distinguished post has been
                                 assigned is entrusted to the open the
common fund account in favour the
                                   association as      soon as    possible.
The above mentioned
                        post will remain for the tenure of one
                                                                    year or date
of first general association election whichever is earlier.

The meeting is ended with the importance given on opening the account
as soon as possible by the post bearer
