1.     The complainant above named has filed this online complaint before
       MahaRERA on 14-02-2022 seeking directions from MahaRERA to the
       respondent - promoter to provide amenities as prescribed under the
       provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016
       (hereinafter referred to as ‘RERA’) in respect of the booking of a flat in
       the respondent - promoter’s registered project known as “Vasukamal
       Samruddhi” bearing MahaRERA registration no. P49900000069
       located at Jalgaon (M. Corp).


2.     This complaint was heard today as per the Standard Operating
       Procedure dated 12-06-2020 issued by MahaRERA for hearing of
       complaints through Video Conferencing. Both the parties have been

     issued prior intimation of this hearing and they were also informed to
     file their written submissions if any. Accordingly, the respondent
     appeared and made its submissions. However, despite the notice of
     hearing, the complainant remained absent.


3.   During the course of hearing, the respondent has submitted that both
     the parties have settled the matter amicably. Accordingly, the
     complainant has signed a withdrawal application on 23-05-2022. A
     copy thereof, has also been uploaded on record of MahaRERA on 24-
     05-2022. The complainant has neither appeared for the hearing nor has
     uploaded any written submissions on record of MahaRERA disputing
     the said withdrawal application. The respondent has not objected to
     the withdrawal application. Hence, the said withdrawal application is
     accepted and taken on record.


4.   Consequently, the present complaint stands disposed of as
     withdrawn.
